FG Library and Learning are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our growing business in the role of Project Sales Coordinator.

We are one of Europes leading manufacturers and suppliers of furniture and design solutions to the Education and Public Sector market.

As Project Sales Coordinator, you will assist with the business growth in providing administration and sales support, as well as assisting the wider business functions. This is a really varied role and will suit someone who is good at multi-tasking.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders
  • Assistance preparing quotations
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Offer support to the sales team
  • Coordinate the delivery and installations of projects

(This may also require occasional site visits and some physical activity in checking goods in the warehouse).

  • Ability to work alone but also as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Decision making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience/Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable


Administration or project support experience within a similar role desired.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9AM – 5:30PM.
